1 1/2 lbs russet potatoes (3 medium) - I also like sweet potatoes
2 TBS olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Cut potatoes into strips.
- Soak fries in cold water 5 minutes. Drain and blot dry with paper towels. Combine fries, oil and salt in a large mixing bowl; toss to coat. Arrange fries in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake 36–40 minutes or until deep golden brown.
