Salsa Submitted by Beverley Jones


2 bunches of Cilantro - leaves only
28 oz can whole peeled tomatoes
1/4 of Bell Pepper
1 clove Garlic
1/2 of a small white onion
1 Jalapeno
1 Serrano (optional for heat)
2 tsp Cumin
Salt & pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in the blender or food processor.

  1. I tasted this - It was awesome Salsa. The best that I have had in a long time! If you don't want it hot leave out the pepper!
